Emergency

Food Pantry

We've partnered with Angels of Long Island to create an Emergency Food Pantry at 14 Herkimer Street in Mastic, New York. Our initiatives include the "Catherine Carroll's Free Farm Stand Project," named in memory of Ryan Carroll's late grandmother, Catherine Carroll, who passed away in August. Along with a fulled stocked food pantry sustained through partnerships with Island Harvest, Long Island Cares, and the Empowerment center. We are the supply line of food for many families in the Mastic area.

Education plays a vital role in our efforts as we work to promote healthy eating practices within the community.

We provide a comprehensive database of simple, enjoyable, and healthy recipes, accompanied by engaging educational cooking videos available on our website. Our ultimate goal is to inspire Long Islanders to rediscover the joys of cooking at home and emphasize the significance of gathering around the family dinner table, a tradition instilled in Ryan by his mother and two Italian grandmothers.

Furthermore, Angels of Long Island, under the leadership of Debbie Loesch, will be distributing essential items like diapers and personal hygiene products to the community.

We're also collaborating with local farmers on Long Island's east end, including KK's the Farm, Mattituck Mushrooms, Treiber Farms, and Lil Farm Stand. Together, we aim to transport their organic produce to underserved communities and food deserts. Our goal is to forge sustainable partnerships with these local farmers, ensuring a consistent supply of nutritious produce for those who require it most.

For now we will be distributing to families on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00am-4:00pm at Carroll’s kitchen headquarters 14 Herkimer street, Mastic, New York, 11950.

Love, Ryan
